De Niro is an exceptional dressage stallion of superlative type and performance. Donnerhall his sire, is one of the most influential stallions ever, and his dam Alicante is a successful performer herself. De Niro's progeny have been successful at the highest level all over the world.

2007 Devereuax (De Niro) wins the World Championship for 4yo Dressage Horses
2008 De Niro awarded Hanoverian Stallion of the Year
2010 The stallion is ranked 5th by the World Breeding Federation with 10 progeny competing successfully at Grand Prix. Dablino, ridden by Anna Balkenhol was team bronze winner at the World Equestrian Games in Kentucky.
2012 De Niro has 6 progeny competing at the London Olpymics.

De Niro has 70 licensed sons and was an exceptional performer himself.
